Attuned to the changing seasons, our menus continually evolve, highlighting ingredients at their peak and reflecting our chefs' inspiration. We strive to source locally and sustainably whenever possible, crafting everything from scratch in our Wong Chuk Hang studio kitchen. Creativity and flavor are the essence of our culinary philosophy, and we delight in infusing our European, Southeast Asian, or Japanese dishes with an unexpected twist to surprise and engage our patrons.

  • Chef Stanley Wong

    Chef Stanley Wong

    Chef Stanley's culinary style, a blend of Southeast Asian and Continental influences, is notably modern and mirrors his upbringing in Germany with a German mother and Chinese father.

    His quest to connect with his Chinese heritage propelled him through a career that included prestigious roles at award-winning hotels and restaurants, incorporating a 5-year tenure at the renowned Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong, where he led over 120 chefs. His notable experiences include working at the two Michelin-starred Waldhotel Friedrichsruhe in Germany, the Hotel Kronenhof in St. Moritz, Switzerland, and the Palace of The Lost City in South Africa.

    As the Executive Chef at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Spice Market in New York City, he earned 3 stars from the New York Times and went on to open three upscale restaurants in The Venetian Hotel in Macau.

    In Sydney, Australia, he introduced Holy Duck!, The Private Kitchen, and Eastside Grill, where his team crafted an urban, contemporary menu inspired by New York experiences

    In 2022, in collaboration with Towngas, he launched a fine dining venture, Culinart 1862, in Causeway Bay.

    Luke Lupton

    Luke's diverse skill set and experience make him an excellent match for Culinart, where he works across various aspects of the business. Equally adept at assisting the kitchen team with event preparations and cultivating client relationships to grow the business, Luke has a rich background that includes private wine sales, professional culinary roles, and serving as a private family chef prior to joining our team in early 2024.

    Chef Andrew Wong

    Integral to Culinart's narrative for the past decade, Chef Andrew finds his joy at the stoves. His formative years were honed in the kitchens of esteemed fine dining establishments such as Joel Robuchon. He is adept at crafting both vibrant, family-style meals and sophisticated fine dining experiences. Andrew is a self-assured, skilled, and inventive chef who unfailingly provides dishes that enchant and thrill our patrons.

    Chef Pui

    Ah Pui, the latest addition to our team, has quickly become indispensable. Assisting Andrew in the kitchen, he elevates our standards and contributes to the creation of our seasonal menus. With his extensive restaurant experience, he excels at crafting bold flavors and enhancing presentation. A bundle of energy, Ah Pui is constantly on the move, tirelessly working throughout the day.

     Ah Pui’s key skills:

    Jo-Lee

    Jo is the beating heart of the team, playing a vital role in keeping the Culinart machinery running smoothly. Having been with Culinart since its inception, she possesses an unparalleled knowledge of the company's operations. If there's something you can't find, chances are Jo can! Her positive, can-do attitude makes her a delight to collaborate with. With a multitude of talents, Jo expertly organizes, plans, and manages events, all while being the go-to person for a myriad of other issues. She is truly indispensable.
